Flock Facts is an independent, non-commercial reference. It exists because the debate over automated license plate readers is usually argued from anecdotes, and the record deserves to be read whole.

It takes no money, sells nothing, runs no advertising, and sets no cookies. The page you are reading loads from a single host with no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers; the server-side logs are the hosting provider's standard, short-retention logs and are not used by this site.

The site is published pseudonymously. That is a deliberate choice, made lawfully, and is the same choice many people in this debate make on both sides. Judge the sources, not the messenger: every claim links to its origin.

Corrections and additions

A correction is a URL to a better record — a later ruling, a dropped charge, a retraction. Send it to corrections@flockfacts.net with the row's title or source link. Corrections that change a row's outcome are applied at the next publish and the row's note records the change. Requests from a named individual to reduce their name to initials, or to note a dismissal or acquittal, are honored on receipt of the record.

What is and isn't asserted here

Headlines, dates and publishers are the source's. Categories, evidence tiers, outcomes and audit notes are this site's machine-drafted classification of the source — they describe what the source reports, not a finding by this site. Individuals who have not been convicted are shown by initials. Nothing here is legal advice or an allegation by the publisher of this site.
